Training
Training can be tailored to your specific business requirements.
We run comprehensive training courses covering the Access
software range using hands-on classroom sessions and one-to-one specialised
training. These courses allow new Access users to become productive with the
software in the shortest possible time, and educates existing users with knowledge of the
more advanced features and module capabilities in order to obtain even more
benefit from their software investment.
Crystal Report Development
Custom management reports can
be developed and modifications to existing Crystal reports and document
layouts carried out to your exact requirements. We have developed literally
hundreds of Crystal reports for clients so have a wealth of experience to
draw upon in creating exactly the format of report you require.
Omnis Development
Development using Omnis is
available for customisation of your Access solution or built-in reports and
document layouts.
Integration
We can integrate your Access
solution with existing or new third-party applications and management
information systems.
Support
All
Access users can benefit from comprehensive support, which is
available during office hours (9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday). Support
is provided in several forms, as required. From telephone support, where we aim
to resolve questions and queries immediately at the point of call where possible,
to remote support via direct remote connection, VPN, remote desktop or Citrix.
Remote support ensures that
physical location has little effect on the ability of your business
accounting and management information processes to be supported.
Ongoing on-site assistance is
also available upon request. |
