Remote Support

We can provide remote support direct to any desktop PC or server without requiring changes to client router or firewall settings. Please contact us for details. We can also connect remotely via VPN, Remote Desktop or Citrix, depending on your network infrastructure requirements.


Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, to users with a current Annual Software Licence and Support Agreement. Contact information and procedures are provided to registered users.

USA and Australia Local Telephone Support

We are currently running a pilot scheme whereby users in the USA and Australia can call a local telephone number for support. These calls are automatically routed to our support centre, giving you the same high quality technical support service for the cost of a local or free call.

This service is currently available upon request in the following locations:

  • Lafayette, Louisiana, USA
  • Orlando, Florida, USA
  • Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
  • Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
  • Perth, Australia
